# 11. Seed Sale & Presale Plan

To fund **Season-0 (pilot)** and **Season-1** — including a **$100K Grand Vault** — *Legend of Cuco* will conduct a structured **seed sale of $CUCO tokens**.

This sale provides the runway, marketing lift, and prize liquidity needed to establish Cuco’s foundation and global visibility.
