The $CUCO token is not intended to represent ownership, shares, or equity in any entity. It is not intended or marketed as an investment, security, or means of passive income. The token does not confer ownership, profit participation, or equity rights in any legal entity.
19.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to the $CUCO token sale or related prize mechanisms may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations prior to participating. The Cuco team reserves the right to restrict or deny participation where regulatory or compliance constraints apply.
19.5 Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE)
Legend of Cuco incorporates game mechanics and sweepstake-style rewards that may, at times, include prize opportunities. In accordance with applicable regulations, all prize-based contests or Vault events that require token interaction will also include a free, alternate means of entry (“AMOE”) to ensure compliance with global sweepstake and promotional laws. No purchase, payment, or token ownership is required to participate in any reward-based event. Each promotional event or Vault hunt will publish its own terms, eligibility requirements, and AMOE procedures prior to activation.

All content, smart contracts, and associated technologies are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
