By accessing or participating in any part of the Cuco ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Legend of Cuco is an entertainment and gaming project that combines digital and physical (“phygital”) collectibles, lore-based storytelling, and blockchain-integrated mechanics. All project elements — including $CUCO tokens, NFTs, Vaults, rewards, and associated assets — are designed for community engagement and entertainment purposes only. Nothing within this ecosystem constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
2. No Guarantees or Financial Returns
$CUCO tokens, digital assets, and in-game rewards do not represent shares, equity, or claims on any company, profit, or future value. Token prices and collectibles may fluctuate and carry significant risk, including total loss. Participants should not view any Cuco product as a financial instrument, investment, or security. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk.
