The Cuco Roadmap outlines the phased rollout of the Legend of Cuco ecosystem — from prototype and token launch through the pilot season and global retail release.
It is designed to balance creative worldbuilding, community growth, and sustainable token economics.

Scalable Vaults: Growing Prizes with the Ecosystem
All vault tiers — from instant wins and mini vaults to the Grand Vault — are designed to scale alongside the Cuco ecosystem. This means that as the community grows, so do the prizes.
The system is powered by a hybrid vault funding model combining:
1. The Grand Vault Reserve (locked liquidity),
2. Seasonal Gameplay Rewards allocations,
3. Burn-based top-ups and revenue sharing, and
4. Sponsorships and brand-funded partner vaults.
This structure ensures early vaults (e.g., the $100K Grand Vault in Season 1) are secured from day one — while unlocking the potential for six- and seven-figure headline prizes in future seasons. The more players, sales, and strategic partners in the ecosystem, the bigger the hunts.
